We have been visiting some of the sights of Virginia, but I am just now getting around to posting. We've been able to go apple picking ( a new tradition), visit Monticello and Mt. Vernon, throw in Halloween, and visit a beautiful park right here in our own city. One that we hope to go to quite often. One look at it and you'll see why.
We have been very fortunate to have a few visitors including our aunt, uncle, and friends. We hope to have many more in the near future.
It's been a wonderful first year making new friends, and both Sunshine and Glory have done an awesome job in school. They will agree that besides missing our Raleigh friends, it has been a very positive change in our lives.
