Fall is here and we are certainly in the groove and enjoying it all we can.
Every year I marvel at the amazing colors that we are able to see and am constantly in awe of the beauty that surrounds us. Living in Virginia has given us the opportunity to pick apples from the apple orchards high in the mountains, pick as many pumpkins as Daddy can carry for $20, visit the homes of Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, and discover some amazing landmarks that are right in our own new city.
On a few of these visits we were joined by our aunt and uncle who came to visit from Colorado. ( a wonderful treat) We are loving fall, and while we like some of the colder weather that winter will bring, I'm thinking that this is one of our favorite times of the year.
