Something I certainly miss about Texas are the gorgeous sunsets. They're easy to spot and can be seen most every night. As anyone who has ever been to Texas knows, you can see for miles, and the sky stretches out farther than the eye can see.
So it's a very rare occasion that we get to see the amazing sun setting in the Carolinas. I just happen to be at the right place, facing the right direction, at just the right time, and was able to enjoy this beautiful sight.
For any Texan who may see this, don't ever take your sunsets for granted. Enjoy it each day, and now and then, remember that maybe I am enjoying it as well........Every now and then.
